BIOGRAPHY
Matteo Calise is an italian DJ / Producer from Naples.
At the age of 14 He began his musical journey, attending the discos of Italy, soon developing a deep interest in EDM music. The influence of emerging artists of that period such as Joseph Capriati and Markantonio strongly influenced his musical taste, directing him towards Techno music.
At 20, he moved to London, started playing as a DJ at small events and later became interested in EDM production.
In 2017 he began his study in sound engineering at the SAE Institute in London, graduating two years later in audio production.
In 2020 he started performing his Dj sets on Power246 Radio by streaming live in the weekends. All his sets are available on his SoundCloud and Mixcloud pages.
The genre that he treats varies between Deep House and Techno, with the aim of creating mental journeys through melodic progressions. This is combined with powerful drum layers and sound effects, generating an atmospheric vibe that transports the listener to the dancefloor as momentum builds through the beat.
